AMD Converting & Label provides digital die cutting services for prototypes, small batch die cutting, and low-volume production runs. Because our digital process needs only an electronic file, there is no tooling cost and no minimum — making it ideal for digital die cut prototypes and fast-turnaround projects. We perform precision die cutting with rotary, flat bed / steel rule, and punch press methods, using butt-cut, die-cut, kiss-cut, and sheet processes on almost any material from paper to cork, fabrics, to spring steel. Digital Die Cut Prototypes With No Tooling

Our digital die cutting services give a quick turnaround on digital die cut prototypes with just an electronic file. As a no tooling die cutting option, prototypes process in a day or two without the cost and delay of hard tooling.

Custom Die Cutting for Gaskets, Labels & Insulation

We manufacture die cut gaskets, labels, and insulation. Whatever custom die cut shape you need, our facility can make it happen. Tell us your custom needs. Material thickness and tolerances depend on the method used:

• Flatbed cutting: materials 0.002″ to 0.5″ thick can be handled in dimensions of 4′ x 4′ with tolerances of +/- 0.008″
• Rotary cutting: materials 0.002″ to 0.5″ thick can be handled in dimensions of 16″ x 24″ with tolerances of 0.005″
