Whether paper or foils, plastics or pressure sensitive material, we are equipped to meet all of your custom sheeting requirements. We use a variety of materials at different widths and thicknesses up to 60-inches wide and 0.5-inches thick. We also can produce sheets up to 100-feet long. Everything can be customized to your needs.
We can sheet material on rolls of up to 40-inches in diameter, from roll core diameters of 3-inches, 6-inches, or 8-inches. As with our slitting and die cutting services, tolerances of +/- 0.063-inches can be held on small and larger quantities.

At AMD Converting & Label, we also excel at converting many other flexible materials. One case we laminate an adhesive to a lead sheet, which is then fabricated to the end material. The key to the success of this project was to specify the proper adhesive and to be able to set the pressure correctly on the laminator as to not distort the soft lead material.
